At Prewitt Designs, we strive to ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly. Our Shipping Policy outlines the details of how and when we deliver our pieces to your doorstep.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or commissioned artwork may take longer depending on the complexity and size. You will be notified of the estimated timeline during checkout or consultation.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer both standard and express shipping options via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

  • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)

  • Express Shipping (2–5 business days)

Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders—check current offers on the website.

​Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your shipment in real-time for updates on its status and delivery date.

Packaging & Protection

All artwork is carefully packaged using industry-standard materials to prevent damage during transit. For high-value or delicate items, additional protective measures are taken.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If you encounter any shipping problems, contact us immediately at  r.prewitt@me.com

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
